Ode to Spicy Grilled Squid
Cut to look like little eyeless fish
Segments of rubber blankness uniformly blank
Dotted with flecks of red flavor
Spicy is an overstatement to my tongue
It’s healthy. Must be. Maybe.
The chew has a pop like tofee
Without the sticky sweet reward
How was it grilled with no grill marks?
